The Court will be upgrading the CM/ECF system to Version 5.3.3 starting this Friday at 12:00pm through Saturday at 11:59pm.  CM/ECF will not be available during that time frame.  

 

For the most part, there will not be any noticeable changes with Version 5.3.3 for external filers except for one change regarding Pay.gov.  The option to receive an email from Pay.gov when a payment is made has been removed. You may obtain a confirmation of the payment by clicking on the “print a copy of your transaction receipt” on the page that is displayed at the end of the payment transaction.
