As set forth in the Court's Public Notice 24-01, the court will only notice bankruptcy case-related documents that are the court's responsibility to notice as required by the Federal and Local Rules. The changes primarily impact Trustees and their counsel who have previously utilized CM/ECF events and the BNC to notice these documents in the past.
The list in the attached Public Notice 24-02 provides additional guidance on the court's responsibilities regarding certain documents and pleadings.
