We have received reports of a scam operator, “Bankruptcy Fraud Watchdog Group”, sending letters to consumer debtors falsely accusing them of failing to disclose assets in their bankruptcy cases. The letters included threats of referrals to the United States Bankruptcy Trustee and to pay a fine to avoid further legal consequences.
