Effective immediately, pursuant to General Order 23-4, in consideration of the ruling of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Matter of Evans, 69 F.4th 1101 (9th Cir. 2023), Rules 2084-4 and 2084-6 of the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure for the District of Arizona, and section III of the Mortgage Modification Mediation Program Procedures are amended. The Rules and Procedures, as amended, are attached to the General Order and will be updated on the Court’s website.
