Court Operations During a Government Shutdown

In the occurrence of a federal government shutdown, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona will remain open and continue court operations. The court will continue to accept new case filings, receive, and process documents and fees, and hear matters. The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) and the Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) System will remain functional for electronic filings. Public service counters and customer service lines will operate during regular business hours. Please see further information contained in the attached Public Notice 23-01 (9/30/2023).
