In our efforts to align the Court’s BNC noticing procedures with the BNC Appropriate Use Policy established by the Administrative Office and to ensure fiscal oversight and cost-efficiency, certain CM/ECF docket events will no longer be available for noticing. The court will notice bankruptcy case-related documents that are the court’s responsibility to notice as required by the Federal and Local Rules.
