CM/ECF System Maintenance- Weekend Upgrade (Nov. 8 – Nov. 10)

CM/ECF maintenance is scheduled for Friday, November 8, beginning at12:00 pm and ending on Sunday, November 10, 2024, 6:00 pm. During this time CM/ECF will be unavailable, along with the following services:

  • ePOC
  • eSR
  • PACER (available but no access to Arizona Bankruptcy Court case files)

The office will remain open during regular business hours, from 8:30am to 4:00pm to accept filings. Filers submitting emergency pleadings during regular business hours while the CM/ECF system is unavailable must contact the clerk’s office at 602-682-4000 or email AZBml_ALL_DQA@azb.uscourts.gov.
