Over the next few weeks, the Bankruptcy Court will be transitioning to new software to docket digital audio files. These digital audio files are uploaded to CM/ECF and available to the public using the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system. The digital audio recording appears on the docket as a PDF document with an MP3 file.

During this transition, the PDF document utilized to access the digital audio recording will look different when created with the new software. You will still be able to access the digital audio recording. If you have any questions, call the Clerk’s office at 602-682-4000 or 800-556-9230.
