Starting April 2022 unrepresented individuals will have the option of completing a chapter 7 bankruptcy petition through electronic Self-Representation (eSR). eSR is an online tool to help individuals complete a bankruptcy petition without the assistance of an attorney. We will update our website with more information once this functionality is available to the public.
