In the occurrence of a federal government shutdown, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona will remain open and continue court operations. The court will continue to accept new case filings, receive, and process documents and fees, and hear matters. The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) and the Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) System will remain functional for electronic filings.
