GENERAL INFORMATION

On April 16, 2024, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause against Ms. Kallen, My Arizona Lawyers, and EZ Legal to address concerns pertaining to the disclosure of attorney compensation and bifurcated Chapter 7 retention agreements.

On February 3, 2025, the Court entered a Ruling and Order voiding the retention agreements and financing agreements, ordering disgorgement of fees, and imposing sanctions. Debtors who have questions or concerns may contact the Court’s Self-Help Center at 602-682-4007 OR may request a hearing in their individual case.
