On 4/24/2025 we were notified the below planned test has been cancelled, PACER will be now available Sunday April 27th.

To ensure proper system operations, the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) Development Branch will perform failover testing from 4:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST on Sunday, April 27, 2025.

PACER users and CM/ECF e-filers may experience intermittent authentication issues when logging on, and intermittent connection issues when making payments through Pay.gov.
